Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan) We offer shipping across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Estimated delivery times for international orders are 10–21 business days. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Customs & Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.

Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
